Directly in the centre of the city lies the uniquely designed, especially through its reduced layout of the ground floor, single-family house with approx. 200 m2 living space. Many of the load supporting walls are slightly inclined and are detached from the ground. The three dimensional structure, with lots of cantilevers and tilted surfaces, consists of walls and ceilings made out of CLT with thicknesses up to 240mm.
